Alluvial/River/Placer Gold Processing Line

Here shows the alluvial gold processing flows for your better understanding. The flowchart is usually designed and configured as per your actual ore condition.

Alluvial gold flow: trommel screen + gold concentrator + shaking table + gold sluice

 It's more suitable for the smaller and medium sized capacities like 50TPH, 100TPH.

#1 Trommel Screens

To wash the raw ore and remove the larger sized useless materials, get the undersize which includes the gold ore.

#2 Gold Concentrators

To enrich and recover most of the heavy minerals including the gold from the undersize

#3 Gold Sluice

To recovery the gold from the taillings and medium size materials in case that some gold would lost to the taillings

#4 Shaking Tables

To futherly recover the gold and the high grade gold concentrates

#5 Amalgamator

To mix the mercury and gold concentrates so the mercury will wrap the free gold

#6 Gold Melting Furnace
